We sell a new kind of perfume - sassy, refined and downright necessary.
By browsing this site or placing an order, you fully accept the terms and conditions set out below.

1. WHO WE ARE

The www.tumefais.com website is published by Tu me fais, 51 rue Caulaincourt, 75018 Paris, France.

2. USE OF THE SITE

You must be of legal age or have the permission of a legal guardian to order.
Please do not hack into the site, spread viruses or attempt to ruin the experience of other visitors.

3. OUR PRODUCTS

Every product is made with care.
Photos, colors or descriptions may vary slightly - this is not a bug, it's real life.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT

All prices are quoted in euros and include VAT.
Payment is 100% secure via our partner Shopify Payments.
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

5. DELIVERY

We currently deliver in France via carriers chosen for their reliability and punctuality.
Indicative delivery times are displayed before payment.
If your parcel arrives damaged or odorless, please write to us.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days to change your mind.
Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, and ideally with a kind note.
Return shipping costs are at your expense unless we make a mistake.

7. PERSONAL DATA

We never sell your data.
We only use it to prepare your packages, write you e-mails that aren't too rude, and better understand your habits... in the bathroom.

8. APPLICABLE LAW

These GCS are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will always be preferred. If this does not suffice, the Paris court will have jurisdiction.
