However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from receipt to return all or part of it, provided that the items returned are still in their original packaging and unopened.

To return a product, simply contact our customer service department at contact@tumefais.com, specifying your order number and the reason for your return.

Following the sending of this email, you have a period of 14 days to return the products to the following address with the return form that will be sent to you by email following your request:

You can return products using the service of your choice. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned product(s), unless the delivery did not conform to your order. In this case, following your return declaration by e-mail, a prepaid label will be sent to you.

Please note that only unused and undamaged products, with their accessories and all their original packaging and protection, will be eligible for a full refund.

Products that are not returned, or that are returned incomplete, damaged, altered, stained or in any other condition that would reasonably suggest that they have been used, will not be refunded.
